Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sytrama products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta-Tau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Demag product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sytrama such as the F1CONVCMTOOV006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACC8D manufactured by Delta-Tau and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta-Tau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 608816 by Manufacturer Demag as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Delta-Tau Brand 603871105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Demag such as DF65067249 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 301X18002455013 made by Del-tron-Starrett as well as the popular 33921A000001B200 original spares produced by Delta
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T1XH351SA by Delaval and DF65067249 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 603595552 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta-Tau.
